My son (10) has been going a few years now, goes to adult classes usually which are 1.5 hours but kids are an hour and he'll do them until the adults classes restart. David the owner is very flexible, the instructors are great and can deal very well with kids whose attention wanders!

It's been a great experience with EKA, friendly atmosphere and helpful guidance on technique. We are given encouragement to improve and progress further with our kickboxing knowledge. Approachable staff make this a safe and welcoming environment, all newcomers are given the same attention and encouragement as those with experience.

I've been kickboxing here for the past 6 years - best workout I've ever done. And I'm still going! I was never able to keep motivation going to the gym or various classes... kickboxing keeps me excited about fitness. Highly recommended.

5/ 5

I have been attending Elemental Kickboxing for over 4 years now and it has since become such a huge part of my life. The club instructors each bring their own unique element to the club with a balanced focus on fitness, core strength, kickboxing technique and increasing sparring confidence. Like a lot of people after a long day at work, a 90 minute workout can seem daunting. However as soon as I begin a training session at this club I am immediately thankful I have made the effort to go. The encouragement, friendliness and motivation of other club members to reach your fitness/kickboxing goals will have you eager to keep going and keen to achieve your black belt. If you have ever been curious about martial arts and have ambition, then I can highly recommend you give this club a try - you won’t regret it.
