Booked 3 renew Spa day vouchers for myself and daughters. We chose a facial and 2 body scrub with hair treatment and scalp massage. Everything was fine except only one of us received a brief hair massage. After going home and re-reading the vouchers I contacted Efora reception several times asking about the hair treatment only to be told that the hair treatment was actually a scalp massage?! After discussing this with several friends we have all come to the same conclusion that it is actually false advertising as Hair treatment and scalp massage are definitely 2 different things. After several emails I have got nowhere other than an offer of a 1 free 15 minute scalp massage. I feel clients should be made fully aware and check exactly what the wording of each treatment entails.
