I love my hot tub that I bought from Ocean Spray. Meredith went out of her way to come to our house to measure and advise on the best spots in our yard for the hot tub. Mitch patiently reviewed with me the ins and outs of maintenance after the hot tub was delivered and made sure it was properly operating. The team is always friendly on the phone (and even quickly responsive by text) whenever I have a question about the chemicals or how to operate a feature. We go in the hot tub just about every day. It’s done wonders for our backs and it’s a great spot to just decompress after a hard day.

Ocean spray help especially joe Trentadue was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the purchase as painless as possible walking us through the different tubs and their options. He made recommendations that and suggestions that proved invailable. Pricing was excellant and we got great value.

Excellent service, products and interest in their clients! I value customer service and quality, Ocean Spray meets the mark on both fronts. I have owned my hot tub for 6 months and from the first meeting at the showroom through today they demonstrate professionalism and sincerity in my satisfaction. Joe has no reason to follow up with me, I've made my purchase with no need for an upgrade and I'm completely satisfied, however, he does keep in contact, especially during the winter months to see how I am doing and if I have any concerns. He values my continuing satisfaction. Many businesses demonstrate very little interest in their clients.Ocean Spray is a reputable company to work with, valuing and looking after my welfare well after my purchase. Thank you!

Called a few stores to learn about hot tubs. After learning about warranties, quality, and looks decided to go with Ocean Spray and purchased a Hot Spring Spa model PRISM. Joe Trentadue assisted me on everything I needed. It was a great experience and highly recommend Ocean Spray Hot Tubs.
