So difficult to make an appointment to see the GP
Additional notes after response from the health centre: I appreciate you for the response. I wish I could give a better feedback. Please let me say more about my experience. People are required to contact the health centre in the early morning, and no appointment is given otherwise. I have had a skin issue for more than a year. I have postponed my visit to the GP because of the difficulties in the processes after the pandemic. Anyway, I called the health centre in an early morning and I was given an appointment for a call from the GP at 9 AM, for three days later. On the day of the appointment, I did not receive any call until 9:30 when one of the staff called me to make sure that I was available for the call. I was surprised that he said that the call from the GP was meant to be between 9 to 11. Although I had to go to work, I stayed at home until I received a call from the GP. It was not a video call, so he couldn't see my skin. So he asked me to take a picture and email it to the health centre. You see how a referral to the GP for a simple issue is complicated.
