St Catherines Health Centre liverpool

I like most of the staff at this surgery. They're respectful and nice, including the receptionists. The only down side is its very hard to get an appointment with a doctor, especially my own doctor, Sally Dow, which I'd prefer. I've been here for years though and I wouldn't want to change surgeries as they know my history. I haven't seen a doctor face-to-face since before the pandemic, but before covid I felt listened to and that they'd do their best to investigate the problems. The appointment system seems to have changed for the worse recently. I don't know if that would improve again. Telephone appointments are good, online e-consults: not so much - they just tell you to go to the walk-in. Overall though a good practice with lovely staff.

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Beautiful place with outstanding views. Good calming atmosphere. Went to the dental clinic and straight in.

This practice is amazing i think. Ive been through 6 weeks of hell . Had sinus problems and extreme ear pressure. The dr,s here have spoke to me on phone as promised each time ive had to ring. They have gone out of their way to see me face to face too. Even tho problems still on going , im getting better slowly. A***** st catherines surgery . Dont know what i would do without you. Can not reccomend this surgery enough from drs to nurses to receptionists . 👏👏👏. Thank you 👏👏👏

Hospital is nice, Nurses where lovely, but the lady security officer at the front desk is an absolute horror, perfect example of power getting to someones head, I picked up two masks, one for myself and one for my mum outside, this little horror started actually shouting at me from behind the glass "one mask one mask" I explained my mum also needs one but she came out shouting quite aggressively that my mum should come in (without a mask on) and get her own, she took the mask off me AND PUT IT IN THE BIN!!!!! I asked her why she done that and she bcus i had touched it it was now contaminated and couldnt be used, I could not believe the idiotic nonsense i was witnessing. She is a disgrace and an embarrassment to an otherwise lovely place.
