The worst Gp ever . Tried for a full week every day to get an appointment for my sone they kept saying no appointment left . I’d call 8:30am the minute they told me so but still no appointment left for today and I’d say what about tomorrow then they say call back in the morning but you can never get one ! I don’t even see the point of that Gp being there. Get real people!!!!!

I've used this surgery for almost 9 years. During that time and coming with a pre-existing condition, I've had a sequence of difficult times and situations that, had I not had the fair, expert, sympathetic and honest help I have had with all of the doctors at Eastview, I'm not sure what might have become of me. The reception staff at Eastview have always been perfectly helpful and have often brought a smile to my face. When people find fault, please remember that it is incumbent upon you to also give thanks. Doctors are not robots. Surgeries are often dealing with people at their lowest, physically and mentally. Do please cut some slack and give some encouragement to all involved. Imagine where we'd be without them? I for one don't want to! I, by the way, never express a preference for a doctor and that has served me well, as it happens. They all know me for one thing and I subsequently have few issues getting an appointment. So, Doctor Hughes, Doctor Dye, Doctor Harwood and all doctors I've met over the years at Eastview surgery thank you!

Terrible. I have left this surgery as I felt my health and well-being depended on getting away from there. The reception staff are rude, as are some of the doctors. I was dismissed repeatedly and sent away for over 10 years by one doctor who actually called me a hypochondriac and it eventually turned out I had a very serious life threatening condition which was diagnosed in A&E. Thanks for nothing, Eastview. Horrible management, indifferent doctors, rude admin staff.

Having been a student and moved doctors several times over the years I can't believe how good this surgery is. It is difficult to get an appointment but the reception staff are helpful and friendly and when you do get to see a doctor it is worth the wait. Compassionate, caring and have time to listen.

I can't believe this surgery has bad reviews. The staff and GP's of this surgery are absolutely amazing, the receptionists are so lovely, happy and always go above and beyond to help, and the level of respect you are given from the guys at East View is a complete breath of fresh air. I'm so happy to be a patient here, thank you so much.

I found Eastview Surgery and staff nothing but helpful and extremely kind and caring these people have been operating under enormous pressure over the last two years please show a little patience and respect for a a very demanding job to keep us all safe and get the right information to the Doctors who look after us. It’s far too easy to critique negatively try and have an objective view on what the staff have to experience on a daily basis. Please be kind and more importantly be grateful we have such great care in the UK.

Eastview Surgery! - Am I the only one who finds it completely onerous to have to wait outside with my elderly mother like second class citizens? This is totally unnecessary, an abuse of power, and a ridiculous over reach! We were wearing masks, socially distanced and attended our appointment on time and yet there we were along with other poor souls standing outside knocking on their window for attention because they can’t be bothered to fix their bell and attend to their patients with kindness and courtesy. The “gatekeeper” receptionist was rude, dismissive and superior, however the nurse was lovely and thorough. What has happened to common sense policy? We will endeavour to move surgeries at the first opportunity! Enough of this nonsense, you can do better than this. Imagine if it was raining or cold? A total disgrace and they know it.

Really helpful manager Jen who couldn't do enough to help me. Dr. Hughes, Dye and Harwood have always helped all our family very well. We could not ask for a better team of professional doctors who show they care and take time for everyone. Many an illness was diagnosed before it could take hold. Reception staff are always helpful too.
