Unprofessional rude staff who would prioritise white patients over others P.'s: I'm white but it's not fair on others. I was sat at the reception once waiting and a patient whose first language wasn't English called in to arrange an appointment, this one sad receptionist placed him on mute or hold and started laughing at him with her colleagues!!! I mean how rude can one get...I felt really upset. It is IMPOSSIBLE to see the main doc. You will never get an appointment with him, it's like he is only there for a couple of patients and is not willing to see anyone else.
