I used to work for this doctor's surgery as a medical receptionist. This doctor is very calm and approachable. His clinic was always busy and very popular. There was a patient that had severe mental health problems and disliked waiting to be seen. The patient punched him in his face and the doctor didn't press any charges on him. A good clinic however, there was the odd horrible member in the team.
