Dovetail Properties bath

Coming to the end of our tenancy with dovetail and they've been excellent. Always very quick and professional to answer queries. We had an issue with cleanliness of the property when we moved in and they resolved it with no quibble. Even though I'm in Bristol and they're based in bath I've had no problem getting hold of them or getting an issue solved. Well recommended

We rented with Dovetail for over 3 years and have found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite at all times! They made the whole experience pleasant and easy and were always on hand...often well out of hours! We has a smooth move out and a swift deposit return. We were so impressed we are now renting our own property out through them!

Dovetail properties have been by far the best agent for communication and professionalism in Bath since I've been searching these past 3 months. I consider Dovetail to be amongst the best Letting Agents I have used. The staff always react quickly and efficiently in response to my tenant's and my own problems and queries. They have found me quality tenants who care and respect my properties. I find some of the critical reviews on this site not credible and they certainly do not reflect the service me and my tenants have received.

An excellent Letting Agent. Fair to tenants and fair to landlords. Easy to communicate with and rapid response time on any maintenance issues. Have used for 5 years and never any issues. Would highly recommend.

Well aside from being a typical letting agent with fees for doing nothing, we moved in to a lovely flat, which being brand new meant it came with a thick layer of builders crap over everything. This wouldn't have been an issue, if they then hadn't had the audacity to charge us £75 for a couple of cobwebs on the light fittings when we moved out. (the flat was immaculate when we left, the person doing the inventory even said so herself).
