Very disappointing experience with bluesky. Was told by agent that we were first on the list to put our name down to rent the property, he really went out of his way to make us feel like we had this property (I know we shouldn't of got our hopes up but we did) but like a typical agent he was a bullshiter! And the annoying thing is WE had to phone up ourselves to find this out.

Blue Sky have been amazing in managing our rented property. They are a friendly team with a professional approach to property management. They were fair and supportive to our tenants and extremely professional and efficient in all their administration processes and communications with us. If only all property management companies were like this.

The team at Blue Sky were absolutely amazing! As first time buyers, we didn't really know what to expect however, Clare explained anything we were unsure of, including solicitors bits that we were hesitant on. Her knowledge of both the property and everything else was spot on! Weekly updates happened throughout, even if no real developments happened that week but also, if Clare was out of the office then another person in the team would contact us instead. Definitely would recommend and if we need an estate agents in the future, we will absolutely be contacting them!

I had contacted several agents that were larger than blue sky but blue sky being a smaller company we're hungry to get the job done. They were very professional polite helpful reliable and once I had signed the contract ,before I knew it ,there was a board outside and within a very short time the property was sold. Sue has provided me with invaluable advice about how to prepare my property for letting out. Sue then found the best long term tenants! Sue has stayed in regular contact with me, informing me about checks that have to be undertaken in the property, such as Boiler Service Check for example. This gives me the peace of mind that my property is safe for the tenants.Sue is also very friendly and approachable. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to her work are outstanding! I would also like to thank Nicola Maggs. Nicola has been providing me with regular update reports regarding my property. These reports are fantastic!
