The experience in the pool etc was excellent however on leaving the club I was kindly giving a replacement membership card for one I had lost. The replacement card was a standard membership and I should have had a gold (being a member of the club from the day it opened) The person on the desk looked at her computer and verified that I was a standard member which, I perceive is wrong as I have had a gold membership for many years. I feel very insulted and as a consequence will not be renewing my membership

Great Gym with excellent facilities. A lot of equipment, so you won't be queuing for anything (especially not for cardio). Has a couple of pools which can get quite busy, as well as a bar inside. Pricey, but definitely consider giving the three month memberships a try.
