Lovely cottage style room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and friendly professional staff, a perfect chance to relax in the pool and spa. These are all the positives. The negatives are, the thermal spa zones are in need of attention with only 3 of the 5 in working order. The beautiful countryside views that once existed and enhanced the infinity pool experience have become a massive building site with constant noise invading what should have been a tranquil and calming experience. Such a shame, otherwise Perfect, thank you.

We stayed overnight on 27th August this year... Very comfortable bed, lovely pillows, only let down by yellow marks on the neck of the white robe supplied. I didn't complain because I never wear them. The evening meal was delicious, served by extremely busy waiting staff. The dining room was very busy( toddlers running around, but, what can you do?) I especially want to give a mention to our lovely waitress, Isabel. She was so busy, but was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. Last Drop village, look after her, she's a gem.We would recommend this hotel and spa. Also ,we went in the pool which was very nice along with the spa area. Thanks.

Had a great time, room looked recently updated, food was surprisingly good which I didn't expect had evening meal and breakfast. Thermal journey was good had to argue to get 2 X 45 in the spa not one in the spa and one in the pool. The sun was shining which helps but outside was a very nice place to sit and drink beer

Absolutely fantastic place. Very peaceful and very mindful exactly what I needed. Its hydro pool is superb the gym is modern and quiet all in all its an amazing place too visit. There are some work going on at moment not at spa but outside there building new houses. You may think that it will disturb you but it does not. The views are lovely up there also and there are fantastic walks to be had also.
