I am very disappointed to leave a poor rate here on this unpleasant but the worst experience ever, I would have rated zero star if I could have. As a foreigner and minority group in the UK, I have put trusts into the level of honesty in this business here, but was treated in an unfair and unjust manner, my request was thrown back rudely with their poor services from the dishonest people. Would not go there again or recommend anyone to risk a chance of wasting their money like myself. The appointment with Daisy's nail salon was scheduled at 10:30am which I really looked forward to, when I arrived at around 10:25 there was only one lady who was doing nail with a client, I was asked to take a seat and told it shouldn't be long. I went outside to wait and came back again at 10:30, however was again kept waiting for another 15 minutes until the other therapist came up from downstairs. She told me that she would set up the place and asked her colleague to take the charge of her last client, I have then waited at least 5 mins again while the last client came up to pay her bill. It was at least around 10:50 when I finally got invited to go downstairs and was requested to get myself changed. Before the therapy started, I reminded the therapist that it was a an hour full body massage that I have booked as the starting time had been largely delayed and she acknowledged it. However the massage ended right before 11:30 which was the original finishing hour. Without going too much details into the level of massage, the whole process itself was quite rushed out but I thought probably there might be a second part as it was way shorter than it should have been otherwise, when I asked what was the next steps I was told that that was it as it's the ending time. I tried to reason with the therapist however have been given right in front of my eyes a totally made up story, the therapist claimed that told she came up late only about 5 minutes (glad at least she admitted she has been late), I told them that there is an in house camera which we could check and two previous clients on site could also prove my words, however they claimed that they didn't have the access and have informed their boss who would not be in the shop on the day and could be reached out on the business card they gave the number was not answered after several attempts. Never heard back from them and that's been more than a week.

Not terrible, just not the best in Brighton and the equipment/furnishings were all a bit cluttered and dirty - grimy pots to soak your fingers in/ stains on the waiting area seats/dust everywhere. The manicure itself was very basic and I feel like the girl doing mines was really doing the bare minimum to get me out of the chair. Some other nail person came to check on my nails to see if they were dry for me to go.

Ella gave me a gel manicure and a really lovely pedicure. It was my first time getting professional nail treatment and loved it. She was brilliant and really made the experience for me. Can't wait to go back soon!
