I have had numerous deep tissues with Paul. I have found every single one of his treatments to be extremely relaxing, professional and effective. Always checking the pressure and making me feel extremely safe and comfortable. He clearly had a good knowledge of anatomy, massage and how the body works as a whole. I very much recommend him, worth every penny.

I have been to see Matt Brabner for Osteopathy at Natural Balance on and off for the last few years for my lower back. He is extremely knowledgeable, very gentle and always demonstrates some home exercises that will help. I have always been able to get an appointment with him within a day or two of getting in touch, and I find that he offers appointments in Hove on a Sunday very useful! I have recommended him to quite a few of my friends, – all of whom have come back to say how amazing he is too! I would highly recommend Matt.

I’ve visited twice, once for a general massage and the second for an Indian Head Massage. Both were excellent. The first, full body massage, was with an exceptionally passionate and knowledgeable masseuse who used cupping in order to help release my knots. No extra charge for that. I always recommend this place. I visit Brighton two or three times a year and will continue to try and squeeze a visit to Natural Balance in.

I would highly recommend Natural Balance. All the staff are excellent at providing the treatments on offer and are all very skilled. Lorena, in particular, has a true talent. You will not regret making an appointment here. Best treatments in Brighton and Hove.

I’ve had a few osteopathy treatments with Matt, who’s excellent. He’s very intuitive and knowledgeable and so far, after three appointments, my issues have improved and and can self-manage at home. I’d highly recommend!
