I have used the tinted moisturizer for many years. I highly recommend it to friends and family all the time, so would give 5 stars although last year I had a peel and found it totally useless after spending over £250 I would not recommend it, total waste of money. When I went into the store to discuss the matter the staff told me ' One of my colleagues had it done with good results' well Skin Clinic I had no improvements at all, in fact it was not worth the week of peeling. I was told it would remove blackheads make pores smaller and fade fine lines. After the treatment I decided to give it a few months before I wrote a review to see if any improvement ..Zero change, not impressed and no follow up..

Great experience. Great customer service. And treatments actually works great. So far my facial hair removal treatment is very satisfactory and the experts who treat me maintain a good customer relationship with me. Delighted.

Highly personalise service and as a regular customer I appreciate the genuine welcome I receive. I recommend the clinic for professional and up to date medical expertise. My only request - and SKIN please take note - is that you continue to accept Amex.

Ever since i am undergoing my treatment at brighton clinic its been a disaster.They cancel your appointment on the day of your treatment...They cancelled my appointment 3 times ,delaying my treatment for 2 weeks .And everytime when they cancelled the appointment ,they had the same excuse (the staff which uses the nd yag laser is sick and we dont have other experts to do it)...I mean this is not my problem that you have a shortage of staff and you are just delaying my treatment ..And if you do have a shortage why are you booking me in for appointments??I am extremely disappointed with their attitude....

I visited Skin in Brighton today and received 5 Star treatment from beginnng to end. Both the women I met today were professional, caring and friendly. The treatment was explained to me in step by step detail and my fears about the procedure were eliminated. The overall price was very good compared to local clinics.

The staff are friendly and very insightful. The recommended products and treatment have worked wonderfully so far and I’m continuing to see improvement.

I was referred to Sk:n Brighton back in January 2019 as an NHS client for hair removal prior to GRS surgery. The treatment was expected to take 6-9 months and yet 24 months later, despite my raising my concerns repeatedly over the ineffectiveness of their treatment, I am no nearer to the completion of my treatment. Clinical staff make no effort to track treatment or flag up where it has been ineffective so inadequate treatment is allowed to carry on for months. It is impossible to get through to the clinic as they are only accessible via a centralised and incompetent call centre and branch managers never respond to email contact. Quite apart from the huge sums of NHS money that has been wasted on successive ineffective treatments, the delay is going to have profound effects on the surgical outcome of my GRS when I finally am ready for this to go ahead. I am incredibly angry with their own clinical, institutional and managerial failings and advise anyone needing medically required treatment to look elsewhere

Impossible to contact, very worrying incompetent customer service carried out be a call centre who clearly know nothing about skin and could frankly care less. I would avoid booking any treatments here as you will not be able to get anyone on the phone at the actual clinic. Even cancelling a mole removal consultation appointment took 2 phone calls, 40 minutes on hold. When I finally got through to an agent at a call center, she said :"We don't even have a number for the Brighton clinic, we send them an email and hope that they get back to us" Not reassuring at all. The most frustrating place ever to deal with. It does not make you feel like you're in safe medical hands. It feels like you're nothing but a number. Don't bother; there are better independent places around that will actually speak to you.
