The lady that served us. Was the most helpful person we could possibly meet. She was knowledgeable on the product we ask about. Very polite. And we didn't feel rushed. Give her a big pay rise. She deserves it.

After walking in i was approached within 5 mins with an offer to assist, ordered with staff member quick and easy though item not in stock, was ordered from supplier & in store by 10am following day ready for collection.

It’s fine if you need to buy something which is in store, and you can carry away...but I warn you, don’t order anything!! I ordered a washing machine...and long story short, it’s been a saga, two wasted days of waiting for the delivery. Currently waiting for it for the second time but I’m expecting it won’t arrive since the time slot they gave me has now passed, so I’m going to have to make another journey to go and get a refund. Very frustrating. Also rude manager (lily) who was very unapologetic the first time I had to go in and reorder the delivery. It’s a shame since I’ve bought a number of things previously but clearly the ordering system is terrible.

I wish I could rate higher for the service that Vee gave us, she knew exactly what she was talking about and had amazing product knowledge. Will definitely come see her again as the customer service we received has left us smiling and extremely impressed. Thank you!!

Sadly a long way from my home. Wifi security so strong I had to leave the shop to raise a digital voucher on my phone to pay for my computer. Staff were lovely though and the computer is just what I wanted.

Staff are impatient and fidgety. Was looking around the TV section for 30+ minutes and no one offered assistance. When I went and asked them for assistance I got someone who was trying to pigeon hole us into buying a Sony TV (he was wearing Sony attire). Luke, who we eventually managed to speak to, was very knowledgeable but again, impatient. He didn't give my mother the same respect I saw with the other customers he was talking to previously. In the end we picked a TV and it was out of stock. Don't waste your time here. Not worth it. Just order on Amazon and do your research

Just been into the Hove Currys to buy a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Luke was truly incredible. They gave us all the time in the world and their level of knowledge was amazing. Service that good really is rare!

pc world have been great to my business as offered to save VAT on home appliances always have directed my customers there and have saved them the 20%vat. also staff are on point and great thanks AM General Building

The man at Currys was very helpful , l would always go there first when l buy enything , if you can not get through to who you phone , l had this number it was South Africa, it's understand what they say with their accent it took me some time
