I had a cracked glass for a photo of my Mother in Laws I had to frame for an upcoming funeral. They were absolutely brilliant and cut a new piece of glass for my frame there and then at a very reasonable price. Best framer service I have ever had.

The wonderful staff at the Frame Factory saved my day! Needed some prints framing at short notice for Mother's Day & they were extremely efficient,helpful & kind. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

Got a photo with text and two rosettes framed in a box frame made from scratch by the people here and it looked absolutely stunning. Really reasonably priced for very high quality work, and extremely helpful staff. Would recommend to anybody.

Having used this framing service on numerous occasions I have always found them to be consistently professional, accommodating and well priced.

An established local business in Brighton, I have used them many times for framing. Always pleased with the quality, although recently their turn-around time has gone from around 1 week to 2-3 weeks, which is very long. I also like their Covid policies - they have an appointment system and have asked for masks to be worn throughout the pandemic. However, I was disappointed on my recent visit as a staff member I was dealing with was only wearing a face visor and not a tight fitting mask. Face shields still allow aerosols to easily escape and spread so are not effective. Surely the Frame Factory should apply the same standard to its staff that it expects from its customers?

Just picked up a frame displaying collected wallet sized school photos of my son. Absolutely thrilled with the job! It was done with great skill and sensitivity. I felt really listened to but at the same time was given expert advice.

Absolutely amazing service - I have used them for all of the drawings and paintings in our home. All brilliantly finished and reasonably priced. Fantastic service by a team that really know their stuff. I have used Frame Factory on quite a few occasions over the years and Polly and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and friendly. They have always done a brilliant job and are true experts - highly recommended. Just read a very silly recent review about having to book appointments which prompted me to write this. The fact that they are putting the health and wellbeing of their team and customers at the expense of maximizing profit speaks volumes about how much this business cares about the people it employs and serves. I have had no trouble booking an appointment (it's really not hard) and received the same excellent service while also knowing they are doing everything they can to keep going in a safe and responsible manner. They should be praised for their efforts and supported.
