Crystalbrook Riley – Cairns

A fabulous trendy modern hotel at reasonable rates. Riley is located on the esplanade close to restaurants and cafes. The pools are awesome and I have not seen such a huge spa before. Room was clean and spacious with a great view of the pool and Coral Sea. Shower/Bathroom is large with great water pressure and a stand-alone bath. Everything was fantastic! I am definitely recommending this hotel to my friends visiting Cairns.

Had the most amazing and exceptional stay here with Crystalbrook Riley! Staff were very friendly especially Nikki who went out of her way to make sure that we had the best stay ever. Kudos to her and will definitely return for her service and friendliness. Things that can be improved on are wait times over the phone which made us wait over the phone for over half an hour.

There is a special event here this week. It’s a street food festival. It’s so good to have the concept of traditional Asian cuisine and performance. I think the management done it so well. Foods are delicious and great performance. The restaurant is so busy but enough staffs so helpful. It’s great place and well priced.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at for some time. What made it even better was the sustainable ethos with zero plastic, refillable water bottles and toiletries. The staff were all so warm and friendly. My only disappointment was that I left my favourite dress there and when I rang the next day it was no longer there. I will definitely come back.

Lovely motel, pool was great. Room was modern, large and kind bed comfortable. Trundle was extremely firm. Room service is only Asian food, which I do not eat, and the pool menu was extremely basic and Asian inspired, so I chose to eat out and bring food from outside. In saying this, the Motel was lovely, in a great position to restaurants and town.
