Unfortunately the rooms were a bit small and the lift was out meaning my disabled sister couldn't get up to the room but thankfully rhe staff were incredibly helpful in getting us our money back and to find somewhere else incredibly fast

11 October to the 14th October We stayed in a double room at the Manhattan in October. The state of the room left us feeling extremely dissatisfied and disgusted with the conditions of cleanliness. It is very obvious that they either don't have a professional cleaner or they just use the staff from their cafe next door to clean the room.
