Crystalbrook Flynn – Cairns

Iv stayed in many hotels but this one by far is one of the better ones iv stayed. Right through to check-in to check-out the experience was exceptional. The sea view room offered space, luxury and relaxation. The ambient lighting options was a nice compliment to the beautiful king size bed, the wooden floor boards, massive shower and generous sized balcony. Noted on my reservation I was there for my anniversary, so we received a complimentary bottle of wine. The location is central to all of the popular bars and restaurants and boardwalk. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thanks for the friendly staff on arrival and departure. We will definitely be back.

Clean, immaculate, first class stay. Welcoming staff. My wife and I had the best couples massage. We are locals but felt like we were not in the same town. Brilliant experience

Beautiful hotel in an extremely convenient location. The rooms were spacious, clean and offered fantastic views. All the staff were friendly and eager to help. My only criticism is that the rooms could do with some more lighting as even on the welcome setting it was slightly dark in certain spots.

Firstly, Eco hotel! Yes please! Lovely stylish hotel, perfectly located. Loved the quality and thoughtfulness right through from the teabags to the personalised message on the mirror and unexpected honeymoon gift. A little payment confusion at the end but the team were all very helpful, kind and considerate and I'm sure it will be sorted in no time. Thank you for a excellent stay Flynn. Will definitely look to stay at another Crystalbrook place on our next city/town-based adventure. Keep up the great and green work! X

Can't comment on the room as I only came here for the bar. I visited mid afternoon and it had a great vibe. People were seated outside enjoying a drink while listening to a DJ. Created a great atmosphere. Service was pleasant from staff (answered a few questions I had about amenities) and my drinks were made in a timely manner and tasted great.
