False advertising on the part of Mantra and Bookings.com. Firstly Bookings.com state that all rooms have a view over the Harbour and this is not true. Bookings.com also state that there is cable tv in every room/apartment, it was not in ours. Bookings.com say that every room has secure parking, again not true as there is not enough secure parking and you may have to park outside. While Mantra do not state that every room has a view on their website they mislead you by posting photos that show a balcony with a view. They also mislead you by not informing you that you may not get a secure parking and that you may have to park outside. The shower in our apartment was over the bath and was quite dangerous as you had to step up a long way to get in. Mantra's excuse for this was it is within code. They also said it was our fault as we did not request a walk in shower. I raised concerns with the reception and was told they would look into it but never had the decency to come back to me. I wrote to the manager to voice my concerns and not only did she not address all the concerns in a return email but all she did was make excuses. She had the audacity to offer me a 15% discount next time we stayed. Offering me the discount in my opinion is an admission of guilt. I would not stay at this hotel again if the room was offered free of charge. The air con unit on the balcony was rusty, and the appliances were out of date. Overall a really bad experience that ruined our holiday. Mantra have not bothered to have the false description of the hotel removed from bookings.com and have made no attempt to not have misleading photos on their website removed.

Service and location is always great. Rooms are getting a bit tired with some things not working (door closers and exhaust fan in the bathroom) but super clean. Location is fantastic

I would not recommend staying here, the photos of the rooms are a catfish. They show you rooms that look lovely when in reality they are all individually owned and governed by a strata so all rooms are completely different. Our room did not look anything like the photos, there was a hole patched up in the wall, it was super outdated and when I went to take the remote control off the wall the whole thing came out screws, piece of wall and all. Also there is no bar and no restaurant, as well as no room service which is unheard-of. Only saving grace - lovely staff, location and pool. They deserve 5 stars the rooms deserve minus stars..

No daily service, even getting new towel is that hard that I préfères to buy new towels for my self during the stay. Photos of the room are not real and the rooms are dirty. Bathrooms rusty and old. Expensive hotel with very average service. The only positive point about this hotel is the location of course if you get an ocean view room. I will not try this hotel in future.
