Have just spent a delightful couple of hours here under the care of Pauline. I had a sitting calm session and a signature facial. Pauline was both gentle and firm, very friendly and professional and showed a lot of care in her work. Thank you! Great coffee too.

What a fabulous experience! I had the Signature massage and the facial treatment and both were exceptional. I walked out of the spa on a cloud. The facial was thorough and left me feeling cleansed. The friendly staff, complimentary hot beverage and well-informed staff all made me feel cared for. I would advise not to drive there if you are staying over two hours during the day due to parking restrictions. Enjoy!

Was given a voucher as a gift and decided to do a signature massage. Overall the quality of the place was great. The room was clean and warm. The therapist was great. However, the front of house environment was a bit intimidating - not from the other guests but the staff were a bit cold. It felt like even going to pay was slightly an imposition. I would definitely come here for the treatments, but just prepare yourself for the front of house. Reading other reviews it seems like it's hit or miss, so perhaps I just caught it on a miss type of day.

Best massage I’ve ever had. On the pricey side but was using a voucher from my birthday. Definitely a great place to gift someone.

The lady at the front desk was beyond rude and needs to be replaced ASAP. I’m a huge fan of cowshed, been a customer and client for years but I've never experienced this behavior at any of the other cowsheds. If you are fully booked I understand, but what’s up with the attitude and contempt?!? This is my second attempt to book with the primrose hill cowshed and I won’t be attempting again. Such a shame as I’m local and I use to love coming here

Nice tucked away spot. Gentle music playing. Coffee was decent, a little selection of treats and eats.

Had a 1hr bespoke body treatment and it was absolute bliss!!! The menu is expensive in comparison to what's available at other spas. But the service and products used are worth paying the extra.
