I was very impressed with both the staff and facilities. My Elenis High Performance Skin Energiser was beyond any thing I had anticipated and perfectly done by the wonderful Rasa. I highly recommend this Spa and will definitely come back. Top service! 👍🏾

Mary was amazing, affectionate, attentive to all details. I felt really welcome and very relax after my time in the spa. If anyone looking for full relaxation I gladly recommend Spa Experience Swiss Cottage and specially ask for Mary, she's such a darling. Once more Good job Mary, keep up the good work.

Professional, friendly and a calming experience. The body pumice (scrub) I highly recommend, which leaves the skin glowing and super soft. Charlotte does a great job.

The massages are good but facials don't worth the money. They imply only the application of Elemis products (which are not the worst, but not something that I would ever buy) and are basically designed for selling the brand. After the facial the lady told me to use mosturiser twice a day, to exfoliate regularly and to use an oil-free make-up remover which told me all i needed to know about her cosmetic knowledge (especially after I told her that I have an extensive skin care regime doing double cleanse, using retinoids, acid exfoliants and several other serums). She might mean well, but she has no idea about dermatology nor cosmetic research. That being said I also been to the same lady for massages and she was great in that respect. The Spa is located inside Better and it's not one of the most relaxing venues I've been to.

I am a regular customer at Spa Experience Swiss Cottage Excellent staff and service. The wellbeing massage with Ann-Marie is great, she is very careful with the person's needs. Highly recommended.

I booked my girlfriend a 45 minute hot stone massage session. Definitely the highlight of her afternoon. Very nice facility, very pleasant staff, a genuinely nice experience.
