They are the luckiest to have Adeela Crown as resident facialist. To say she is the best of the best is an understatement. Saved my skin years ago and will always follow her wherever she goes. Her facials are transformative and the amount of care she actually puts in both your treatment and in your post care are just amazing and (and very very rare for London). You can't stay at the Dorchester and not see her!

Amazing massages here, I come often. Venue is lovely, could be much better though the fruit platter usually has old fruit on it- surprisingly it doesn’t have a sauna or a swimming pool. A little bit claustrophobic also but had to rate 4 stars for the consistency of great massages, also enjoy the coconut water and biscotti you have after. Nice touch

One of the best spa treatment I've received. Brilliant therapists, they were polite and knew exactly what they were doing. The massage was done through great passion. Excellent condition of the environment. I must say, I was slightly disappointed with the food. As a vegetarian my partner and I didn't really enjoy lunch and It was sad because we had high expectations on the quality and taste. I thought they had lack of planning for vegetarians and maybe need to do some research on food for vegans/ lacto veg and vegetarians. Overall, A great experience and will definitely be coming back. I'm just hoping there will be better and tastier vegetarian food.

5/ 5

The Dorchester spa is top quality spa in central London with beautiful rooms, gorgeous beauty products, fantastic treatments by professionally qualified and pleasing staff. This was our second visit to the spa. It is not crowded so you have enough of space to yourself. The facilities are amazing - the relaxation room is exactly as you imagine with selection of herbal teas and natural nuts. The steam rooms are clean and whole spa area is regularly maintained. The spa, unfortunately, doesn't have extensive facilities - there's no swimming pool, whirlpool etc. Our treatments - aroma massage was one of the best we had. We had afternoon tea combined as part of our package in beautiful setting. Selections of teas and pastries is pretty standard, nothing much to rave about. Overall, a great memorable experience and value for money.

My wife and I were treated to a lovely afternoon at the Dorchester spa followed by dinner at The Grill. The massages were excellent - genuinely one of the best we've had in London - and the service / staff were very friendly and welcoming indeed. Thank you to Sally Pedder and the entire spa team; we look forward to returning soon!

Had a sensational Sunday afternoon at The Dorchester Spa today. Everything was seamless, from the phone call to make the reservation, to the reminder call, check-in, the wonderful warm welcome from Sally and her team, the actual treatment and the relax time afterwards. It was a very much needed me time spent in the most perfect location! Denise is a truly gifted therapist. She was so attentive, and really made the experience 5 star. I enjoyed a 90minute inner strength massage followed by a deep cleanse facial. Thank you for the delicious treats afterwards, in that stunning room that really is the quietest spot on Park Lane. Thank you so much to all the team, I cant wait to visit again!
