Been having issues with my left shoulder and neck due to a lot of muscle tension which had also been causing me tension headaches. Laura was absolutely amazing, very professional and friendly. Honestly after one session, the troubled area feels so much better and loose no headaches so far. Definitely recommend Laura she is lovely and makes you really feel at ease. Will be going back again for sure!

I Have Be Longing For Some Help With My Back For Years And Always Been Worried About Taking The Step In Case It Made Things Worse But I Braved It And I Had My First Treatment Yesterday A Sports Massage And Thai Stretching And Wow I’m Amazed Already, I Can Move Freely And My Mobility Hasn’t Been Like This For Years Without Pain, I’m Achy And Feel Slightly Bruised From Moving Years Of Knots And Pain But It’s A Good Feeling And I’m Feeling So So Much Better Already, I Also Had A Facial Which Was Soo Relaxing, Really Enjoyed The Whole Experience Can’t Wait Till Next Time. Laura Is So Lovely Makes You Feel So Relaxed And Comfortable, Thank You So Much ☺️
