Costa Coffee oxford

The quality of coffee brewing and the service should be improved. I ordered a cup of cappuccino but the staff didn't serve it with a plate, which made it difficult to walk around to look for a place. However, the place is spacious enough to find a table or a seat to enjoy your coffee.

I think the staff are not trained enough to serve proper coffee. They were nice and helpful tho. I'm just not satisfied by how my order was served.

The new staff doesn't have any idea on how to make a latte... I can do this at home easily... when I asked them if this is a proper latte they just add some extra milk...

Come out the car park and there's Costa, very handy when you need caffeine fast.

Very good coffee. Good for short break or meeting people.
