I visited the store Tuesday 18/06/19 & enjoyed my coffee & wafers. The shop was clean & tidy & staff friendly & efficient. There wasn't much of a choice in the cakes on sale - a frequent problem - & would like to see a wider choice, especially different cheesecakes, that go so well with coffee.

Staff try their best to keep this Coffee Shop clean. The music is good. It is a nice place to relax, have coffee and a snack and do your internet access stuff. I enjoy going there if I serious want to get my online work done. I highly recommend it.

Convenient place for a cappuccino after I have been to Tesco’s. They have recently expanded the premises and have nice music playing for a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately this has been recently abused by some unsavoury ethnic character who keeps airing his uneducated, judgmental views. Absolute scum. There is a toilet and facilities for disabled people as well.

A very cozy place indeed. The ambiance was so quiet and comfortable that you can get a lot of work done in peaceful environment. There are chairs, sofa seats and counters to choose from according to your taste. About coffee, I found it pretty bland to be honest. It just tasted like coffee dissolved in water with a pinch of milk. Still better than Starbucks but needed a cookie to get some taste. The staff is really friendly and helpful with ingredients and taste.

Great coffee, great staff! Great sense of humour - essential in the midst of this pandemic. I only wish that the customers were more aware how their actions affect everyone in the store

I cannot fault this Costa. The staff are excellent, always friendly and even during the stressful year we’ve had, never once seemed frustrated or flustered with what’s going on. They’ve continued their amazing customer service with a smile on their faces and an attitude that has you leaving with a smile too. The store is clean and the coffee is great. You can’t ask for much more than that.

I've given it 1 star because the last two times I've visited they've decided to close at 4 !!! Instead of the given hours of 6 on the door! Many people tuned round and left, I thought they needed customers especially with just reopening after covid19 !!! Very disappointing, and had to wait ages for my drink !!!
