Everything about my stay was perfect. We have done afternoon tea at The Corinthia several times but this was my first time staying in the hotel. Unfortunately it was not for a happy occasion and the staff was kind and gracious throughout my stay. The room was beautiful and very calming and soothing - nice wood tones and excellent lighting options if you need some serenity. The restaurant staff was also excellent providing what felt like a bespoke experience with a high level of attention and care. Tea was, as always, superb. The team at the Crystal Moon Lounge is always exceptional in their knowledge, recommendations and genuine kindness. It is the perfect balance of compete attentiveness with distance to allow you to proceed at your own pace. And finally, I also took advantage of the spa to have a Chakra restoring massage. Excellent facilities and a very restorative massage that soothed my body and spirit. I literally can not say enough positive things about every aspect of the Corinthia.

Central Location within Zone 1, Westminster. A short walk to all the famous sightseeing locations (Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Sq., St. Paul's Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Borough Market, The Shard) and the river Thames. Really welcoming and polite staff. Especially your colleague from the Philippines! Such a kind person! We spent some 4 weeks in the Corinthia (with limited services due to the lockdown) and whilst there certainly are more cost-effective places to stay, it turned out to be just perfect for the self-isolation period.

Lunch at the Kerridge garden. Excellent food and superb staff who could not do enough for you. Even provided blankets and hot water bottles as it got cold. Highly recommended - well worth a visit.

It was my third time staying at the Corinthia. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. I got upgraded to a suite on arrival, with a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room. I stayed for two nights. I made use of the spa on two occasions, which is one of the best in London. I had an ESPA lifetime experience which consisted of a salt scrub, full body massage and facial. All of which were very relaxing and left me glowing. The room itself was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe and large bathroom.

Have had afternoon tea here before and it is worth every penny only slight criticism was our waiter this time was nowhere near as good as the last time although it was busier. We arrived at 16:00 which was our booking time asked to wait either in the bar or in reception! Not happy to do this so kind of hovered only to see other people seated before us which was a bit annoying. Still great hotel but just a few things could have been better would still go there again

The staff of the hotel is of an otherworldly kindness. This is an establishment where luxury and excellent quality doesn't rhyme with arrogance and elitism. I went there to make my proposal and though I just had one dinner and was not a big customer spending hundreds of pounds per hour or staying the night, they allowed me to make a dreamy proposal. It goes without saying the hotel is gorgeous and the food at the restaurants excellent. Thank you so much again!

Since my dad works at this hotel, I've gotten the opportunity to visit there for a night! The stay was lovely, the staff there were friendly and the decorative flowers looked immaculate. I loved the little dog plushies they gave and books. I felt really bad when they went out there way to fold my clothes D: but a delightful experience !
