Conrad London St. James – westminster

Great hotel with nice staff. I've stayed here many times for business and pleasure and am always happy with the quality / cleanliness of the room. Executive lounge is really nice. The array of sweets found in my room after a long day is certainly a huge plus. Staff is very nice, but lots of turnover so just when you build a good relationship with someone, they move on. Not necessarily uncommon in this industry but something I appreciate when I find it. For this reason I'm giving it a 4 not 5 star.

The room was really spacious and perfect in every way. The towels and robes were really soft and fluffy. The bed was the nicest I've ever stayed in. It was a really lovely surprise to get back late in the evening to find the room was tidied and the bed turned down too. Evening canapés and drinks were a really nice touch. The breakfast was big, hearty and delicious.

The hotel is finished to a very high standard with thought gone into every little detail. The staff were a pleasure throughout our stay and they always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything. I have not experienced a better service in a hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend the Conrad Hotel. 10/10

My favorite Business Hotel in London, managed by mostly Italien super friendly and professional staff. Oh and the Christmas Pudding was too good, I had it three evenings in the row. Don’t want to forget to mention the excellent breakfast even in the Corona times. Always again. And if you want to go shopping just walk through the St. James Park and enjoy

We love the Conrad!! The hotel was very luxurious, caring staff, great happy hour. Everything was wonderful. Great location to attractions, pubs and the tube. Will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional. The Conrad hotel exemplifies excellence is hospitality. I have been to a number of hotels across London and the Conrad is superb. The team are incredible and under the superb management of Beverly, they are always on hand to help. Special mention too to Greg for being super and incredibly helpful, Fatma who always handles my many requests with ease and Clifton who is a delight. Rooms are always spotless, large and spacious. The bedding is cloud like and just perfect. I’ve stayed in a number of room categories. Including the Conrad suite for which I attach pics. They are all equally perfect. Dining from breakfast to room service is superb. The executive lounge is the best of any Hilton property I’ve been to over the years (in the UK and the world). I adore this hotel and it is truly my home from home. Well done Beverly and the team.

The service at this hotel is excellent. This is the best luxury hotel that I have stayed at in London. It is better than the competitors nearby. The staff are professional and super friendly and helpful. The service is first rate. Everyone is trained to make sure your stay at the hotel is special. The location of the hotel is great. The food at the hotel is first rate. The rooms are both classic and modern at the same time. I have stayed here several times before and will stay here again. I love the Conrad St. James!

The Conrad St James was a perfect choice for my family over the holidays. The staff was very welcoming and treated us like family. The rooms are spacious and have a great bathroom and shower! We thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea at the Orchard Room as well. You can't beat the location in central London as you're right across from the tube station and a quick walk to Buckingham Palace. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in London.

I loved everything about my stay there. From the staff to the hotel itself. Lovely breakfast, room was a little bit small but I have to stay that this Conrad is one of the best have been in London. Location was perfect and again all the staff were helpful and so friendly. I stayed after that at the Hilton park lane which was a disaster in terms of services front office staff. Thank you again for making my stay enjoyable

Amazing Hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is also located in a top location. Everything from start to finish was top notch. Stayed in an Executive room on NYE and used the lounge so had afternoon tea and evening canapes/drinks. The breakfast next day was also really good and included in the executive price. The price was also good for NYE compared to other five star properties. The room was on the sixth floor and large with everything you could need. It came with a bath and separate shower. If I could add one thing next time they renovate they could add more plug sockets with USB slots.
