This is by far the best car dealership I have ever had contact with. From the initial steps of deciding what car I would like, right through to signing the paperwork, the team at MINI York were incredible. Becky Atkin in particular is a type of salesperson that you don't come across often - truthful, honest and genuinely kind. I can't stress enough how lucky MINI are to have her as part of their team. Will definitely be returning in the future when I come to look for another car!

We arranged a meeting with Jamie on Monday 27th Jan with a view to talk about options on a new or nearly new Mini Cooper, no real intention of buying on the day. Two and a half hours later Jamie had found us the car we liked (having looked at the Exclusive spec in the showroom) it was a done deal. At no time did we feel under pressure from Jamie to make a sale, he listened to our questions and thoughts with interest and patience. We were always kept informed of the progress of the sale as the car had to be brought up from Tunbridge Wells. Thanks to Jamie and the sales team.

What a service from Cooper Mini York, an absolute dream start to finish, even buying a car over 250 miles away everything was exceptionally well organised, Becky was so on the ball with every detail and both Becky and Lucy were of so much help to me setting up the sale, Gerry who delivered the car to me was great at showing me round everything and the after sales backup I have had since has been excellent, even when I have a daft question nothing has been too much trouble, brilliant customer service!
