I just wanted to let you know that your employees in England are bullies and cowboys and have no respect to anyone and do not know how to deal with humans I had a container with personal items from Dubai to London , which they made decisions to delay it at the port and cancelled the delivery to my house and after that they sent me an invoice to pay storage which was their decision to cancel the delivery , and after that they sent another invoice for overtime to pay, I will be complaining to the police on their shameful conduct against me and I will submit a claim to return all my money and will start a social media campaign against your company just to make people aware that you have no respect to anyone and you deal with us like bullies
