Yesterday I had the pleasure of Dannielle in birkenhead branch dealing with our holiday, I can honestly say she blew me away she went above and beyond to make sure our holiday will be perfect for us and our disabled daughter, she checked the hotel ,transfers and airport flights everything was covered with support and help for us she made sure all our daughters needs were met ! In all the years I've booked holidays this 1 was the most pleasureable and reassuring I have ever felt ! Thankyou so much Dannielle you are a credit to tui and I will always use you from now on x

I am posting this in hope I am contacted with regards to a refund. I have been waiting since the 30th March for a refund. The staff in store when booking were great, but TUI company as a whole since the COVID pandemic have been nothing less than shocking on every single level. Excuse after excuse for not refunding.
