Just want to say a massive thank you to the big red bus team for helping make my sisters big day so special! From arranging the booking to serving drinks on the bus the staff were happy to go the extra mile and made everything completely stress free, which is what we needed with so many other things to worry about. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something a little bit different that the guests will be sure to remember!

Seems like we arent the first and probably wont be the last to have trouble with this company booked the big posh red bus with bose sound system and Harris Tweed upholstered seating for our wedding day, we got an old white bus with a tiny bluetooth speaker that could only be heard downstairs and the battery died after 5 mins, standard 1980's seats with fake flowers around the handles. they didnt even offer a white bus on their website. apparently the red one broke down on the day - strangely enough we heard the same thing happened to someone else a few weeks before! ended up with a partial refund but we will never get that moment back we didnt get: A professionally designed interior using the highest of quality materials Plush leather and genuine Harris Tweed upholstered seating Heated seating throughout On board champagne bar State of the art lighting system, set to your liking with a large variety of colour and mood options BOSE sound system compatible with your Ipod slightly embarrassing when you have told all your guests about the great bus to take us to the venue.

Booked for our wedding day had a great time all guested enjoyed just a few things to mention before you book with them 1. We received no memorandum bus tickets for our guests - the reply off this from the company was that we had been offered them which we definitely did not . 2. There is no lighting system there is not a full sound system just a very small box given to us which only first few rows could hear and nothing on top deck. 3 . We booked both ways to our destination they said we had not we have emails to prove this they did take us back . 4. Bus driver was told way by groom and missed a turning and had to reverse back towards a blind bend which we tapped on the window to stop him and then turned the bus furthe up the road 5 . The bus company complained to us about our disabled person which could get on and get off the bus themselves saying we should of warned them before hand . 6. We were also informed that our mr and mrs would go in the roller blind no it was stuck on a paper in front window

So disappointed with the service provided! We had booked the bus for our wedding day not only to transport all guests at once but to enable us to have some awesome pictures with the bus and for the whole vibe promised such as memento tickets etc. What was actually provided was a bus that parked around the back of the venue for 30 minutes, in the rain, whilst our guests stood out front (where ample parking is available) waiting. The driver was rude and abrupt and failed to let anyone know he was sat waiting where he apparently "always parks". When we did all finally climb aboard the bus there were no tickets given, the conductor sat on one of the seats watching people climb on and we left for the reception. When we arrived at the reception the bus literally let everyone off and reversed down the path...this is the only picture we have of the bus. It was meant to have a sign on the front saying 'just married' but who knows?! Definitely not worth the cost and probably would have had much better service from a regular bus company. Would not recommend this company at all!!!
