Thank goodness for Clevedon Cottage Hospital. Looked after both my children many times and last night was my turn. Excellent service, friendly kind and welcoming staff, very quickly treated. It can't be easy at all at the moment working in the NHS and yet everyone so professional and helpful. How very lucky we are to have this facility. Truly grateful to you all, thank you.

I visited the minor injuries unit about 2 weeks ago. We had to wait about an hour and a half after checking in to see the doctor but once I got seen, I couldn’t have asked for friendlier doctors and staff. All covid precautions taken seriously and made the pain from my injury a bit easier to handle with the care of the docs here. Felt very welcome and taken care of. Only thing missing was a cafe or something to help the wait feel a bit easier.

Just want to say a massive thank you to all the kind staff at the Cottage tonight. Visited with my toddler who had suffered a split chin and was inconsolable. There was no queue and we were in, glued back together, and out within 25 mins. The doctor was amazing and so kind and gentle and took in all of my concerns. Can't recommend them enough... although I hope not to visit again for a while! Thanks guys!
