Absolutely amazing professional care given throughout my 3 week stay there. Have suffered from NFD neurological functional disorder along with ME and Fibromyalgia for 2 years now and have gone from pillar to post trying to figure it all out and trying to cope. But 3 weeks within the care of the centre and the professional staff I am now on my way back up to getting control of my life again and control the debilitating episodes I suffered constantly. I still have a way to go but I couldn't of done any of this without their care and guidance and most importantly the knowledge and understanding of all the care staff there.

They way they have treated my husband is disgusting!! He was waiting to see them for months he kept ringing up and told he has to wait.. Then months went by still nothing. He suffers with memory loss and confusion at 28 then he rang once again and this stupid person of a receptionist said to him " just sit back and forget about it"! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Then when he finally got an appointment they kept changing the day.. Then didn't put him in the system so when he showed up for an appointment he got told they double booked and couldn't see him!! They haven't updated and off his record as the gp has nothing from them!!!...

Excellent and perfect staff very understanding and extremely informed and high standard of care and understood that the complex issues I deal with daily are not anything other than this and were very helpful in making me feel reassured that I am not epileptic at all, of which is good to know in my circumstances indeed; thanks loads ever so much and I'm especially grateful for drs here to who are ultra amazing and outstanding going above and beyond when necessary and extremely informed and helpful and reassuring indeed! I'm super happy to come here for my next appointment and I had my last check up at frenchay hospital when it was open 12 ish years ago, which was excellent then too, so it's only improved over the years!!!!!
