Having had a self pay operation to remove my gall bladder in August 2021at Emersons Green, I cannot praise the treatment I received highly enough. Being my first time under general anaesthetic, I was very apprehensive about the experience, but at every opportunity the staff took great care In explaining everything and trying to keep my mind at ease. The surgeon, anaesthetist and nurses were all fantastic. I was disappointed however not to have a follow up appointment as initially advised, only told even I called to discuss my ongoing nausea! Which I was told to contact my gp for any issues I have following surgery.
