Staff are very hit and miss between helpful and awful. Cleanliness can be an issue which considering covid is disappointing. However the swim school staff are lovely, considering the stressful situation they're in they do their best. Unfortunately private/ council facilities are really lacking in the general up keep and maintenance of these facilities.
