Fantastic sports massage. I've had lots of sports massage over the years from lots of different masseuse. Mike is the best one.

I spend at least 9 hours a day on my feet with a high stress job, and that combined with general life meant I was experiencing regular headaches, back pain and tight hamstrings. After just two sessions with Mike I feel so much better already, my headache subsides and I feel so much better in myself. He really gets to grips with what you need, and where your problems are and works on them to fix them. I am sure many more trip will be made to Mike - a great masseur and a really nice guy too! Highly recommended.

Mike at The Ark has worked miracles on my poor old commuter's back so I am now free of tight knots of muscle and pain that I used to suffer on rising from bed in the morning. Regular visits for preventative deep tissue massage are now a welcome pleasure that keep my back clear and supple. Mike also quickly and with no fuss, relieved the stress related spasm suffered in the neck and shoulder of my two daughters. I was suffering from acute upper back and neck pain with tingling down one arm. Mike assessed my problem by taking a careful history and then advised what was the most suitable treatment. A one hour session of focussed massage and gentle manipulation was suggested . I was impressed by his understanding approach to my problem and very pleased with the improvement in my symptoms after just one treatment. I'd have no hesitation in returning should the problem recur.

Very good, I had a shooting pain up my right side and Michael not only made it so that part of my back was significantly less painful, he also sorted out 1 or 2 other problems that I hadn't realised I had - would highly recommend.
