Member since April. Finally the moment for onest review 😁 Welcoming & friendly staff 👍 But I'm desapointed about how serious its H&S at this place : this ceiling was reported by myself 6 weeks ago to the members staff !!! Today it's the same whit children's having they're yoga class there !!! Man's showers are washed by staff whit cleaning solutions when customers are using the place !! Most of the time jacuzzi doesn't work ! At the beginning to order by App from Android phones was impossible ! When I really want to relax I'm driving 15 minutes to Southend branch whit pool for kid's, good size for jacuzzi, steam room, sauna.... Sorry but only two ** at the moment !

Top club. Relaxed, clean and friendly. Lovely facilities. I was at Virgin before and this is hands down better 👍🏻👍🏻

After being a member for 16 years. I have been diagnosed with cancer.  Just finished my second lot of radiotherapy.  So my son joined gym and they gave me guest passes for recommending him. When I tried to use the guest pass they were so rude and uncompassionate! Refused me entry.. I cried all the way home. I will never renew the membership....due to poor customer service...they are disgusting.

Excellent for doing gym,yoga,playing tennis.Good staff .Has nice place for having tea &coffee also food.
