This sauna is very nice. I like the darkroom with mirrors, you can have fun there. The place is very big and bright. People of all ages, different skin color, different physique, lots of men in the gym. There is a nice atmosphere, group fun. I am happy to come back to this place.

Easy to find (maybe a bit too obvious for those wanting discretion?), yet that’s probably one of the only positives I can say (and I’m really trying here!). Oh, and no issues with security or staff as mentioned in other comments. Yet lockers were old and shabby & so were the toilets. The dry saunas were quite nice to be fair and I enjoyed the wet steam room. Not much variation in age of guys but that’s not the venue’s fault. My biggest issue is that this place calls itself the largest in Europe. That is simply not true. There are sooo many more that are five-ten times the size of this place on the continent. This place is literally a single loop, on a single level. I didn’t manage to stay an hour and had no enjoyment there whatsoever. Disappointing despite the hype. Sorry to be so negative but this was my experience.

First time at Chariots last night. Had a really good time, it was exactly what I expected and wanted from a sauna. Lots of space in Saunas and steam rooms and plenty of option for going somewhere more private if you want. Seems like a lot of people are complaining about the security here, my experience; they were fine, they just got on and did their job. They looked in my bag and gave me an airport style search, personally I'm glad the sauna employs security at the entrance. Cleanliness was absolutely fine, of course there are bits of rust here and there on the walls, it's not the Ritz people! Toilets are OK basic and functional. Free access to drinking water was great (I have been to a sauna before where the only option was to buy it, WTF!) - worth putting this on the website as I was almost put off coming because I was't sure. I'll definitely go back.

Absolutely rude staff I left for 10 minutes to walk another friend to the tube station (50 meters) and when we came back (10 minutes only) the guy of security started to shout to us, then the manager came in, he pretended that never saw us leaving for more than1 hour claiming in our face than we were lying... Long story short, I had to be accompanied to pick up my things and leave the place as a criminal... Totally cheeky people with no customer service... If you expect to be treated with decency go somewhere else, will be cleaner and nicer...

Went at 4am. Separated from my bf for security and then immediately yelled at when they questioned where we came from. Offered venue, country, and place we lived. Told to get out and not come back. The reviews from others about the security are spot on. They are extremely confrontational. And the owner responses to negative reviews are garbage. Response is always nice to a positive reviewer and awful to anything negative. The sarcasm is also not helpful.

Visited on Wednesday afternoon and great experience. Reception guy friendly, facilities clean and like the set up. I was fortunate to meet an older guy called James who took me to a mirrored room and gave me an amazing time. Will visit again and hope to bump into James again Jay
