Argumentative, rude staff member. Not surprising when I checked on here and they have the lowest rat

Argumentative, rude staff member. Not surprising when I checked on here and they have the lowest rating from all the CEX’s in West London. Best to avoid and either go to the other used game/phone place in the Treaty Centre or one of the other CEX’s (I can recommend Kingston branch who could teach the staff here a thing or two about customer service).

I recently moved here from Serbia and was looking for a good game store so im glad that i found it. From me u have five stars. Keep it up 👌👍. P.S. If u ever need a more staff or something , i would be happy to join the crew. 21 years of gaming with various console generation. Cheers
