Castle Residential glasgow

Twice they have cancelled a viewing within 15mins to half an hour of scheduled time. I guess I should be grateful not being stood up whilst outside the premises. Would never consider using them as buyer, seller or letting agent if that's how they treat people.

I thought the guy that helped my daughter get a flat knew what she wanted right away and led her to the right flat that was the best for her . His name is Jamie Macha . He was so nice and understanding to my daughter and myself and couldn’t help is more than he did . Thanks castle residential

Very good Letting Agency, who provide good quality flats and have given prompt response whenever maintenance requests are made. Would highly recommend the Agency for renting flats in the City Center of Glasgow.

Complete shambles of a letting agency. They try their hardest not to speak to you if you have a problem promising calls back that never happen. Dont give deposits to safe deposit scotland and avoid giving the deposit back by claiming the people you need to speak to are on calls or are on holiday. Avoid castle residential at all costs, its not worth the hassle.

Castle Residential were fantastic. Supported me with any issues I had. When I was moving out they respected my wishes about tenants coming to see the flat when I was still in it. They are very understanding and the service was great. They respond quickly to you if any issues occur. Thanks for all your help.

So I\'ve been trying to find a place to live now for months and felt like I as constantly being screwed over by other agents in Paisley until I spoke to Ben at Castle Residential.
