It used to be a great gym but ever since it has been taken over by new owners, it has gone downhill. I have been a member ever since childhood years and the staff are good but it just seems no cleaning at all is being done in the steam room or male changing rooms. It is clearly evident due to the black mould on the tiles near the pool, in the shower even the steam-room has got a mould on the seats. The steam room hasn’t worked for the last 2 weeks, surely the owners need to take notes. Lastly the staff are friendly and they are trying to manage considering they are 1 short.

You would think cancelling a rolling contract gym membership would be as easy as joining. You can sign up a contract at the gym but cannot cancel it at the gym. Instead you have to email an external person and also give 30 days notice before you want to cancel. Also when i joined, i had to fill out the paperwork twice as the first time someone had lost my paperwork when i signed up. This is the worst process i have had joining and trying to cancel a gym membership which usually can all be done online!

The best gym out there, front staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The gym itself has a vast range of equipment and is always really clean. Great place to go for a swim and steam room as well. Never that busy either so always can get on the equipment without rarely waiting!

Decent gym been here for years staff are nice too but a massive downside is the hours on a weekend this needs to get sorted or people will ultimately go elsewhere… closing at 4pm on weekends cannot be justified previously it was 8pm i will be moving if this isn't changed soon… majority of members really unhappy about this. Hope they extend the hours
