Poorest service I have ever experienced Having been a member at this gym for many years, I have rolled over when Nuffield took over. The worst service ever. The classes are acceptable, but for the many friends I have made over the years, I would go else where. I know many people have left, and I fully understand the reasons why, there is absolutely no way you could advise of any issues to affect positive changes. Put up and shut up, is the moto Nuffield have ' they aren't paid to accept any critisism'

5/ 5

The Personal Training Team are excellent and have a great experience with both Dawn Collier and Nick Bromley. Two very different styles of training but both suited to my injury and fitness needs. Each training session is carefully planned and covers every aspect of fitness. One of the many reasons I have really taken to Nick’s methods is due to how varied they are, I don’t know how he does it, but no two sessions are ever the same and yet each one is hard work, enjoyable and always fun! I would highly recommend Nick as a trainer to anyone and if you are thinking of starting exercise, then I would suggest taking part in his innovative fitness circuits on the gym floor to get a taster of what his training is like! :)

Very poor. Specifically joined to go before school with my 12 year old . Was told no problem. Went 2 mornings no problem. 3rd morning some jobsworth receptionist looked my son up and down like he was scum and refused him entry. Seriously there wad probably 5 people in the gym. Cancelled membership. No apology nothing. Join David Lloyd totally worth the extra and family friendly. If I could give no stars I would.
