One of the best independent gyms in the area. Great staff (Andy, Johnny, Mandy, Ashley) and a great owner (Carl) who are all knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Always willing to help, very accomodating and approach offering valuable support and advice. Clean environment, great range of equipment, regularly updated (free weights, strongman stuff and a ton of different machines), yearly membership is very competitive, cheaper than other gyms. Opens very early and closes late to accommodate different people. Great members, always there to help. Overall one big happy family. Free Parking available. Wouldn't go elsewhere.

The ladies-only gym is horrible, the carpets are soaked with water as the roof is leaking, the water

The ladies-only gym is horrible, the carpets are soaked with water as the roof is leaking, the water has leaked onto numerous machines making them out of use as they are just nasty. It's super cold in there as it's on the top floor and it just smells damp. The rest of the gym is really really clean, the people that run the place as super nice and helpful. It's a shame that I only wanted to use the ladies-only gym as it's just super run down when the other parts of the gym are fine.
