Never had a bad word to say about Broadgreen Hospital, the Alexandra Wing is something to be proud of; lovely staff, professional and caring. However, after visiting Kent Lodge today and being spoken to like dirt by one of the secretaries in the Dermatology Admin department I am reluctant to return. The manner, attitude and unprofessionalism of this woman left me upset and feeling disgusted. I will now be making a formal complaint and querying if my outpatient care can be moved to another hospital.
