On behalf of transporting a patient to your premises - Perhaps it would be a good idea to reserve the car parking for patients rather than the staff. For one staff member parking for their full session it would benefit many patients arriving & then leaving for their individual appointments, particularly if they are unwell or leaving after having a painful or unpleasant procedure. Put patients first, after all they are paying your exorbitant fees.

Rushed appointments, always late without apology, billing and admin awful. Don't waste your money better and more considerate treatment on the NHS.

I thought the staff were fine. Very helpful and professional nurse and the doctor himself not only was excellent but passed me on to another excellent specialist when it was clear what treatment was needed.

Some three and a half years after treatment I get a vexatious letter from a debt recovery agency stating I hadn't paid. This was not true. Their accounting procedures are abysmal. Ensure you keep all records and correspondence with this outfit.
