I started taekwondo as a way to lose a little weight, 2 years later and it's become a part of my life. Mr Martin makes learning a difficult art, fun and addictive!

I did Taekwondo with Russ for 6 years when I was a Teenager, many moons ago. I really enjoyed it at the time, I learned a lot. Russ has got a great sense of humour, he really knows his craft and he has enough knowledge to pull from other martial arts and show you things that help build out your skillset. It's a part of my life that I look back on fondly and if you're thinking of starting Martial Arts then I can't recommend Russ highly enough.
