We stayed two nights with our grandmother on a trip to see family. The bed and breakfast is located in a quiet village a comfortable distance from Tiverton. The rooms are lovely, really cosy with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious - a great selection and care of food sensitivities. The owners really made you feel welcome and looked after. There is a real attention to detail here, from the snacks in the room to the extra blankets. We will definitely be staying here again.

Complete pleasure and surprise to find such a lovely place to stay. Alison and David are supreme hosts ensuring that every thing is as it should be. Our room was in the main house and I would certainly ask for this one again although the other rooms looked just as good.. There is plenty to do around Tiverton and the area around, which is Devon at its best. The Old Well garden centre is amazing and the horse drawn canal boat is a real experience. Being B.B. owners ourselves we can really appreciate the care and attention that Alison and David lavish on their lovely home and business. I nearly forgot to mention their amazing garden and the far ranging views across the Devon countryside. Totally recommended , well done. David and Clare

Great B&B. The owners have thought of your every need and the rooms are private to the house and ‘very’ comfortable. I arrived on my push bike (doing LEJOG) and they were very bike friendly and no fuss. Thanks David and Alison!
