I ordered a kitchen from this store in February 2018, the member of the sales team who designed and ordered my kitchen was next to useless, He didn't order integrated fridge freezer doors despite ordering the fridge freezer, no curved door despite a curved unit, wrong size door wrong hinges it goes on and on, I raised a complaint with 'Resolver' but despite this the store never even bothered to contact me regarding my numerous issues. NEVER NEVER buy a kitchen from the store it'll only disappoint you.

Awful awful awful, I've only given 1 star because I couldn't give a zero! All my visits have been the same, very poor service and God forbid you need to ask a member of staff for anything, they just look at you as if you've just done them a major disservice! Checkout staff may as well not even be there, providing self scan works. As for the help desk/returns and click&collect - the paint colour chart has more personality than these people. My guess is that the staff are only there for the paycheck and couldn't care less about the customer and heaven forbid you visit the store on a weekend or bank holiday when they only have what appear to be temporary staff! No wonder Brick and Mortar businesses are suffering and online is thriving!

Shocking store and p155 poor communication. Phoned to ask whether the wood cutting service was available and was told it was after 12:30. Arrived at store picked up the wood I needed cutting and headed to the area to wait. One customer already there and had been told that someone would be over soon. Chased someone 10 mins later and finally someone came over who advised it wasn’t working. Riz the managers response was to say ‘the only way I can offer to resolve this is to ask you to go to Watford..’ great resolution Riz. My resolution would be for you to communicate effectively to your staff to ensure they give customers the correct details. I phoned two days later and asked if it was working. Yes was the reply, I asked are you really sure....she went to check...no it isn’t she said!!! Great to see they listened to the feedback and acted swiftly. Worst b and q ever Jokers
